Bola Olawuyi, Esq., is the founder of The Diaspora Property Desk, a cross-border property advisory and educational platform serving Nigerians in the diaspora.
A Nigerian-qualified lawyer and registered Estate Surveyor and Valuer, she brings over two decades of professional experience in real estate consultancy, property valuation, and property advisory services.
She holds an LL.M. in Immigration Law from Brooklyn Law School, New York, and has practical experience supporting U.S. immigration matters, including family-based and humanitarian immigration cases under attorney supervision.
Through The Diaspora Property Desk, she combines her professional experience, legal education, and cross-border knowledge to help diaspora communities understand property investment risks, immigration processes, and the importance of informed decision-making.
Her mission is to educate, inform, and empower individuals and families through credible information, transparency, and professional integrity.
